Q: How much experience does each barber have?

A: Every Get Cut employee is a licensed barber in the state of NY and has also gone through our own training program.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: We are based in New York NY, and service the mediate NY area. For events outside of the NY area please inquire via info@getcuts.com  or call us at 212.301.0580 

Q: What if I’m not happy with the service?

A: We offer 100% refunds to unsatisfied customers because we want you to be happy. No questions asked.

Q: Is Get Cuts insured & bonded?

A: Yes, Get Cuts Inc. is fully insured & bonded.

Q: Can I book my appointments in advance?

A: Yes, Get Cuts Scheduling system online makes the process seamless and efficient. Just click on BOOK NOW  and pick your time and date whereafter our team will contact you.

Q: Do we clean up the hair after the haircut?

A:Yes, Get Cuts brings in our own portable barber chair along with a drop cloth and just in case a portable vacuum. No mess ever.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you’d like to cancel your appointment please contact us within 24 hours of your service for a full refund. 

Q: Event Cancellation Policy?

A: If you booked a private event with Get Cuts for either weddings, corporate or special events; any last minute cancellation while our team is en route or on-site will be charged the full rate. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded the full amount.
